Appointments
The practice offers consultations by appointment with the doctor of your choice and can be booked in advance. Appointments are booked in ten minute intervals so should you require extra time with the doctor please ask the receptionist at the time of booking.
We endevaour to provide appointments with the doctor of your choice however were we cant make an appointment with the doctor of your choice to your satisfaction there is always other GP appointments available. If we cant give you an appointment with your doctor of your choice within the timeframe that you want this is simply because they have no routine appointments available at that time and we will arrange another appointment with your next preferred GP.
Consultations take place between 8:30am - 11:15am in the mornings and 3:00pm - 5:20pm in the afternoons
Open Access Clinics
As well as routine appointments the practice also offers open access clinics on a Monday & Friday morning Sandy Row and on a Wednesday Morning on the Falls Road.
Open Access surgeries are open between 8:30am and 10:00am. This service enables the practice to provide enhanced access to a practice doctor without having to wait no more than 24 hours from the time of request. Please note that patients who attend open access clinics cannot wait to see the doctor of their choice, all your records and medical history is available to all the doctors via our computer system and you will be seen in order by the next available doctor. If you prefer to see a particular doctor please make an appointment
Saturday Morning Surgeries
We are aware that sometimes patients may wish to see the doctor at a time that is more convenient to them or maybe you cannot simply get the time off work to come to the surgery for your check up. We now offer Saturday morning appointments every week and rotate these between the Falls Road and Sandy Row surgeries. Please ask at reception for further information
Urgent Appointments
Requests for urgent appointments should be made before 10am by telephone, sometimes the doctor may decide your problem may be dealt with by telephone advice. Please do not bring up unrelated problems.
